They're also using it to say every Trump supporter loves pedos despite the backlash this received from the right.

They have a way out. Biden didn't promise to release the Epstein Files. Trump did. Trump, for years, claimed that everyone he wasn't liked was on the Epstein List, and then all of a sudden, they didn't exist and they were written by OBAMA and COMEY in Hunter Biden's bathroom.
There is a difference. Trump broke his campaign promise. Biden did not.
The Epstein files were a big issue and yet Biden ignored it. It made him look just as bad as it makes Trump looks now, even worse considering he was sniffing children.
The left had no issue back then so I doubt they have any moral compass except orange man bad. Hence why they're killing a movement that was hugely important.
At the very least Trump would have caved and just release what ever he has unedited. But now it will just fizzle out. Bleah, why do leftists have to be like this.
It objectively does not. He didn't violate a campaign promise, Trump did. He didn't make a fool of himself by making contradictory claims, Trump did. He didn't attack his own supporters, Trump did.
Unfortunately. But this can be used for good purpose. If they can be gotten to support releasing the Epstein Files because the Bad Orange Man doesn't want it, that is an unalloyed good. If only the right doesn't become the useful idiots by oppsing it because the left wants it.

However, their nefarious reasons are to weaken and break up Trumps base so they win back the executive branch in 2028, and all other branches then we will have another Biden like term. One reason is because leftists killed it. They went full schizo on Trump being a pedo despite never being on the island, working with the FBI to take down Epstein and being on bad terms with Epstein. This after 4 years of Biden that was known for taking showers with his niece. We had Clinton and Obama going to the island and being friends with Epstein. The left did not care about any of that while also championing MAP as part of the rainbow club.

That being said I think Epstein did hurt him a lot. Trump has been doing amazing this time around vs last term. Tackled DIE that for me it was a huge issue, handled the border beyond what I expected - negative migration for the first time, encouraged production at home, reduced lefties money laundering schemes from USAID, encouraged oil drilling at home and now tackling debanking. His approval rating should have been much higher then it is.
The Epstein debacle cost him at least 5% in approval ratings.
Why is he acting guilty then? It's pathetic. Who spends 10 years connecting every single one of his political foes to Epstein, only then to say "never mind, they don't exist", and then he circles back to blaming Clinton - even though his own DOJ closed the case and no one else is getting indicted?

No serious person has called Trump supporters "pro-pedo". Democratic lawmakers have said that they want to release the Epstein Files. And good for them, if they make good on their promises.

I don't doubt it was successful based on my own eyes, but a source this biased and prone to outright lying makes me believe it less.
Either way, I think everyone on the internet hyped each other into thinking people cared about Epstein a lot more than they did. Principles and justice for a lot of people you've never met will always be secondary to things like the ICE raids with visible effects in most people's life.
It was always going to be moved on from if the Trump admin just stopped talking about it and did the stuff that people were happy with. You know, like it happened after Feb when Bondi fucked it up that time.

The loudest voices will always be the people with an ax to grind and a smell of blood in the water. 90% of the people who even talk about Epstein don't give a rat's ass about any of the victims (its why they call it pedo, despite 14 being the youngest known victim), they just want it to take down their political enemy and will move on the any other weapon they can use if it comes around. They will shroud it in morals and principles to make it palatable and sellable to the masses, but its nothing more than a cudgel for their own uses.
