They should but the left has been going schizo while being complete hypocrites again, you can't ignore it for 4 years and suddenly it is a major issue that makes Trump a pedo while ignoring Clinton, Obama and Biden. They're also using it to say every Trump supporter loves pedos despite the backlash this received from the right.
The left is just insane, we could have had a nice bipartisan movement going but all they care is Trump and owning the right.
They have a way out. Biden didn't promise to release the Epstein Files. Trump did. Trump, for years, claimed that everyone he wasn't liked was on the Epstein List, and then all of a sudden, they didn't exist and they were written by OBAMA and COMEY in Hunter Biden's bathroom.
There is a difference. Trump broke his campaign promise. Biden did not.
The Epstein files were a big issue and yet Biden ignored it. It made him look just as bad as it makes Trump looks now, even worse considering he was sniffing children.
The left had no issue back then so I doubt they have any moral compass except orange man bad. Hence why they're killing a movement that was hugely important.
At the very least Trump would have caved and just release what ever he has unedited. But now it will just fizzle out. Bleah, why do leftists have to be like this.
It objectively does not. He didn't violate a campaign promise, Trump did. He didn't make a fool of himself by making contradictory claims, Trump did. He didn't attack his own supporters, Trump did.
Unfortunately. But this can be used for good purpose. If they can be gotten to support releasing the Epstein Files because the Bad Orange Man doesn't want it, that is an unalloyed good. If only the right doesn't become the useful idiots by oppsing it because the left wants it.
I don't see why you're trying to blame this on leftists. This is all on Trump.
Because leftists using this as a witch hunt turns people off. They don't care about the truth. Just because the target may be a witch does not justify the witch hunt. Bad people are after the same thing for bad reasons, then yea they can stick it.
For the rest we can agree to disagree. Ignoring a big issue during reelection was worse then what Trump did from a neutral standpoint. He is saying there is nothing to release after making a big shitstorm of it and now calls it a Democrat hoax. It makes it seem that there is something in those files he did not expect, clearly not him otherwise he would have expected that. Vs Biden that didn't want to bring it up making it seem like he was knee deep in it.
