One reason is because leftists killed it. They went full schizo on Trump being a pedo despite never being on the island, working with the FBI to take down Epstein and being on bad terms with Epstein. This after 4 years of Biden that was known for taking showers with his niece. We had Clinton and Obama going to the island and being friends with Epstein. The left did not care about any of that while also championing MAP as part of the rainbow club.
Even on this board we had unironically NYT and WaPo articles trying to smear Trump with what it was little more then opinions.
It could have been a bi-partisan issue but the left does not care about pedos or the list itself, they just want Trump. Disgusting creatures.
In the end people are just sick of hearing about Epstein.
That being said I think Epstein did hurt him a lot. Trump has been doing amazing this time around vs last term. Tackled DIE that for me it was a huge issue, handled the border beyond what I expected - negative migration for the first time, encouraged production at home, reduced lefties money laundering schemes from USAID, encouraged oil drilling at home and now tackling debanking. His approval rating should have been much higher then it is.
The Epstein debacle cost him at least 5% in approval ratings.
Why is he acting guilty then? It's pathetic. Who spends 10 years connecting every single one of his political foes to Epstein, only then to say "never mind, they don't exist", and then he circles back to blaming Clinton - even though his own DOJ closed the case and no one else is getting indicted?
No one is more schizo on this than Trump, with the Epstein Files simulatenously not existing & being written by Obama, Comey and Martin van Buren. And if the left calls him a pedo, he has no one to thank for that but himself.
Well, why are you complaining about that? Trump is saying that no one else was involved, and that the investigation is closed. Clearly, Clinton and Obama and everyone else are squeaky clean, right?
You're conflating what I said. I'm not saying Trump is innocent or even that he is not being blackmailed somehow. The left being hypocrites kills the movement by not calling it all out and making it all out Trump is a pedo, Trump supporters are pro-pedo.
I wished we had a good bi--partisan move towards getting those files but we can't because the left are acting like spoiled children.
No serious person has called Trump supporters "pro-pedo". Democratic lawmakers have said that they want to release the Epstein Files. And good for them, if they make good on their promises.
Rly because I see a lot of posts with Maga hats on 9gag that suggest the contrary and 9gag is not as left as reddit
