Iranian Jews are a tiny group, and minority existence is always tenuous in an Islam-majority country, let alone an Islamic state. So Mossad doesn't endanger Jews by even trying to recruit Jews. And I doubt the Jews would be open to that. They are choosing to stay in a dirt-poor, sanctioned failed state where they are second class citizens, rather than moving to Israel, despite vastly higher living standards - even though Israel has tried to get them to move to Israel.
That wouldn't piss Israel off. They've been trying to get Iranian Jews to move to Israel for decades. It'd receive more Jews and it would have another example of how the Iranian regime is evil.
