This should be made in to a right wing propaganda poster and spread everywhere with a message of "If iran can expel millions of foreigners in a few months then why can't we"? (media.kotakuinaction2.win)

This accelerated in part because many Afghans were thought to be agents for the Mossad. I don't know if they're being scapegoated for the massive cointel failure in Iran, but it seems obvious to me that you don't need millions of foreigners of dubious loyalty in your country - no matter what country it is.

Also, a few weeks after they were demonizing Iran as a horrible place for women to manufacture consent for war, the media started crying about how horrible it was for Afghan women to be deported back to their own country... because things were so nice for them in Iran.

As three Afghan sisters returned to Afghanistan after being deported from Iran last week, the reality of what they had once enjoyed and was now out of reach sank in amid their sighs and dwindling claims of defiance.

Marwa, 18, noted they should start by getting head scarves and outfits to cover themselves, which they didn’t have.

“Afghanistan is like a cage for women, and we’re coming back to that cage,” said Khurshid, 17, the youngest of the three and a self-taught painter.

But... but... I want to bomb Iran. Iran hates women! Shut up, racist!

i mean.... if they are worried about agents from mossad you'd think the first people they'd expel are the jews in Iran. Not sure why they'd say "we need to expel afghans for being mossad agents but not jews for being mossad agents"

if they are worried about agents from mossad you'd think the first people they'd expel are the jews in Iran.

Iranian Jews are a tiny group, and minority existence is always tenuous in an Islam-majority country, let alone an Islamic state. So Mossad doesn't endanger Jews by even trying to recruit Jews. And I doubt the Jews would be open to that. They are choosing to stay in a dirt-poor, sanctioned failed state where they are second class citizens, rather than moving to Israel, despite vastly higher living standards - even though Israel has tried to get them to move to Israel.

"mossad doesn't try to recruit jews in a muslim majority country because it would endanger them"

Yeah no that's bullshit. I guess you haven't heard of the Lavon Affair?

Today? No. Nor would Iranian Jews be open to it, for reasons I specified.

I get that you're disappointed that Iran is going too easy on the Jews there, but it's the truth.

kek.

If Iran declares you an enemy of the state you better get across the fucking border as fast as humanly possible. They have armed militias. They drive around and effectively do what they want in terms of local policing.

I imagine that has a lot to do with it.
