I can only think of two. One was an Oracle of Seasons and Skyward Sword runner. She stopped running at least seven years ago now, maybe more. The other is a clout-chaser with a dogshit time in SM64 and, at least as of a few years ago, was the face of "female" speedrunning.
Best chance you've got is Frame Fatales, which is an all "female" speed running group. They do a lot of group shots, and in each one there are usually two or three runners who at least aren't immediately clockable. So basically they exist, but even in the most famous speed running organization's nominally all female group, they make up like 10% of the population at best.
It's quite shocking how tightly autism and trooning out correlate. Every one I have personally been aware of was autistic. People in the future are going to look back on this mental health 'treatment' even less favourably than lobotomies.
