The left is like someone who leaves out food for feral cats because they're hungry, thinking that will result in anything other than even more hungry, feral cats.
It’s worse than this, the left is more like people who kill their own cat, then demand you feed the strays because it’s too inconvenient for them to do themselves. After those strays multiply they then demand you take the cats into your home because there’s more of them.
It's called Malthusian population theory. New advancements in tech, or surplus of resources/wealth, or finding new resources/wealth, only improves quality of life for the short term. The excess wealth enables people to have more kids, which grows the population, inevitably depressing the per capita wealth back to where it was previous to the invention or access to new wealth. Thus, when we give infinity money in aid to foreign nations, we're not improving their quality of life or lifting them out of poverty. We're only enabling them to have more kids. Thus, the population of Africa, central America, south America, the Middle East (minus the wars), and the less intelligent parts of Asia, have seen their populations explode, and are expected to continue to explode, only because of our foreign aid, and the foreign workers we mass import for cheap labor, who are sending large amounts of their wages back home, called remittances.
It's all part of the Kalergi plan to depress the White population while exploding the non-white populations, off the back of our our own hard work, giving nons our money that should be reserved for our people.
Personally I consider anything that isn't raw materials trade with undeveloped countries to be foreign aid, trillions of dollars have been lost to Asia for no gain while they breed like rabbits just because they have two grains of rice leftover.

Child mortality rates decreasing massively due to modern medicine means more children.
More children means more adults.
More adults means more earners paying tax.
You don't have to look too far in African countries to find incredibly wealthy people who employ these tax paying citizens.

The West’s greatest sin was trying to modernize developing countries before they were ready to do so themselves. Now there are over a billion Africans who are only alive because of Western charity. If Africa is to stabilize, the West must close its “heart” to the people of Africa and let nature take its course.
