Sort of conflicted.

On one hand, this is obviously naked fealty by the Trump admin to their Jewish overlords.

OTOH, any deportations from the US of non-whites (and even leftist whites tbh) is a win.

It's a loss. This is the soft sell of Talmudic anti-free speech measures. Watch how quick Holocaust denial gets put on the chopping block in the name of "inciting violence."

Talmudism has always been anti-freedom by definition.

As long as you're not sending them to Europe.

Listen, I'd deport them all exclusively to the Pacific and the Atlantic if I could, but people don't have the stomach for that.

Well, choose between the Pacific and the Atlantic, because you're sure as hell not sending them here.

I'm partial to the Pacific because it's further away from me.

Well the Asians are less likely to fish them out of the water, so I'm inclined to agree on that basis if nothing else.

Just send them to the sun. It's not nice to pollute the oceans.

The harder they crack down the more we see their true face. Accelerate.

For decades, democrats have felt no negative consequences of free speech.

I actually j-pilled someone in real life by pointing out the fact that leftist protestors were allowed to run rampant after George Floyd - riots, fires, etc. - but were immediately shut down when they started opposing Israel.

For anyone who broke laws by commandeering non-public spaces or harassing people, I'm 100% ok with this.

You break our laws, you go home. No exceptions. Also, lie down with dogs, wake up with fleas. If you're participating in a wider-scale protest where people are doing illegal shit, you're part of a mob, and you are culpable. Police your own people or deal with the consequences as a group. If you are incapable of policing your own people, maybe you're with the wrong group.

That said, for anyone quietly picketing with a sign on a sidewalk, this would be bullshit.

But the people who are all up in arms about this want you to assume that the latter is happening when it's almost exclusively the former.

You break our laws, you go home. No exceptions.

Some places have laws mandating that you address transgenders by their fake rather than their real gender.

(I agree with the rest. Obviously, you're talking about real crimes that have been crimes since time immemorial and not the phony stuff enacted in the Current Decade.)

[The activist's attorney] said she spoke by phone with one of the ICE agents during the arrest, who said they were acting on State Department orders to revoke Khalil’s student visa. Informed by the attorney that Khalil was in the United States as a permanent resident with a green card, the agent said they were revoking that instead, according to the lawyer.

Yeah, terrorist supporters should get deported.

Any questions?

Please do the same to antifa, they still seem to roam some cities... but the hebrew hammer leaves the antifa alone for some reason.

Hamas is a designated terrorist organization.

By the US government.

I know Hamas is a terrorist organizations, but I can assure you that I don't give the slightest damn about terrorist designations by the US government - which is responsible for orders of magnitude more killings than Hamas.

You and I can be branded as terrorists tomorrow by the deep state. Like the Jan 6 demonstrators.

Guess we'd better not use hammers and knives because Democrats might use them to smash things and stab people.

Well yeah, don't bash people's heads in with hammers unless it's in self-defense. But anyway, legal principles are not hammers. They set precedents, and they can be used against you later on.

Do you think the ACLU defended the Skokie Nazis because they loved Nazis?

basically, ICE went from actually deporting invaders to only deporting the invaders the (((Regime))) does not approve of

how awfully Judaic...

I don't think this will hold up in court, and if you think it should, would it be legal for Senile to deport green card holders who had a Trump sign on their lawn?

If they're committing crimes, deport them for that.

I support the pro-palestine or hamas kid suing over first amendment, and the court being forced to agree that anti-semitism is, in fact, protected speech. As is anti-palestine speech.

You somehow missed Skokie?

▲ 2 ▼
– PooperSnooperPrime 2 points 1 year ago +2 / -0

I had forgotten about it. Had to look it up. I remember now about the Nazi rally and the decision but the name Skokie didn't mean anything to me just now.

Guessing a lot of people in government forgot about it, too, including my guy Trump. As they are making noise about not allowing speech deemed anti-semitic. And it gladdens my heart knowing Skokie will settle that issue a whole lot faster than litigating the case from scratch. Thanks for the reminder, Antonio.

I'm against any form of viewpoint discrimination by the government. Yes, I know they're not citizens and don't have the same rights, but the concept of the government using its power to punish you because it doesn't like your political opinions inherently chills free speech and is antithetical to democracy.

Anything that gets these kinds of people out of my country is perfectly fine with me, I don't really care what the official justification is. We needed to be doing a lot worse to these people 30 years ago.

This isnt a win, people will laugh because they are foreigners, but the next step is to use it on Trump supporters. They've been itching for this legalese framework since 2020.
