Gunboat diplomacy is far overdue with the eurofags. The fact they had the AUDACITY to try and even attempt to strong arm American companies over speech should have seen immediate military intervention. They wanted us to protect them for free under NATO, they can now be a broken vassal state.
After the UK threatened to extradite US citizens for their comments on the riots over there, a lot of even the most Pro-NATO people I know are completely on board with the US asserting its dominance and making the EU their bitch. If for no other reason than to remind them who actually has the power.
are you really going to pretend america doesn't love NATO and the global stranglehold it gives them? the globalist skinsuits running EU and america are one and the same, they're all glad they don't have the concept of national militaries potentially giving us european peasants any hope of freedom...
Having a global stranglehold is only meaningful if the grip tightens every now and then for your own profit. Otherwise, the one being strangled is the one obligated to do it. There's no worse job than being a manager over people you cannot discipline, fire, or train, but are still held to their results.
Free speech is a purely American, and 20th century concept. No one, anywhere else in the world, has what we have. They might have gotten close to it in the late 20th century, but with Hate Speech laws and other forms of political censorship in the rest of the world... the concept just doesn't exist. The rest of the planet already doesn't accept free speech.
Europe, indeed the rest of the Anglosphere, has to be dragged kicking and screaming into tolerating dissent.

Indeed europe has never known free speech the concept itself is something they believe to comprehend and that they actually have (atleast in some countries, haha), It will require quite a shift in the culture to ensure they learn.
We need to hold their feet to the fire. "Oh you want more money and protection from us? Then here's a ton of stuff you need to do for us first. By the way we're slowly closing the purse strings regardless so you'd better figure out how to be self-sustaining as you should have been all along."
And if they say "No deal, you capitalist pigdog!" then we say "Ok, no more foreign aid. Enjoy defending yourself from Putin and funding your universal healthcare."
And thanks to Carter and the SCOTUS of his time setting precedent by screwing over the nationalist Chinese in favor of the ChiComs, POTUS has the power to unilaterally exit treaties. So Trump could pull us out of both organizations on day one if he really wanted to.
Not just X and online.
We should force Europe to adopt American levels of free speech as well as all rights in the Bill of Rights or else we don't buy any of their shit, don't provide them with weapons, and basically don't enforce NATO.
What's the point of "defending freedom" if said countries aren't even free?

I remember that. They also tried in 1812…

Absolutely no chance.

Probably among the best things we could do. Accept free speech, or you're on your own in your own shitholes.

The US needs to leave NATO, the UN, and all these globalist scams as soon as possible.
They've done nothing to actually help Americans and are little more than vehicles for a one world government.

I'd love to see it, but I'm highly skeptical. The EU government(s) are too power-mad, both now and for the last couple thousand years.
Have them declare war. Give them robots to assassinate each other with. Stand back and watch.
Sounds like one of my favorite Star Trek TOS episodes, "A Taste of Armageddon."
