Probably is better if Trump just goes private for his security if they have this level of malice towards him at this point as it goes beyond incompetence with all these revelations.
Good luck. The FBI has already cleaned (literally) the crime scene. They hosed down the roof (because that's an important thing to do, right?). If there were other shooters, I'm sure those locations have been cleaned as well.
Just like how they fixed the asphalt after the Las Vegas shooting. The FBI also has cleaning and blacktop repair operations -- who knew?!
The police have NO obligation of care to your property when conducting a search warrant, especially if they can vouch for ANY officer safety reason. If they entirely level the property to the foundation during the official performance of their duty, the police have ZERO responsibility to compensate the property owner for total loss, let alone any damage. I can't stress this enough: this includes destroying the wrong house so long as the police can be said to have acted reasonably in their mistake. Don't forget, most insurance polices don't cover police action!
You can thank SCOTUS for constantly refusing to understand that the "takings" clause of the constitution doesn't just include the government seizing property, but fully destroying it. For decades, SCOTUS has been just like: "They didn't take anything! They just burned your house down! The constitution is totes silent on that, broski. The government taking something from you and using it is NOTHING LIKE, the government taking something from you and actively destroying it in front of you."
That being said, the idea that the FBI would be engaging in any act of restoration by themselves is admission of criminal conduct. They are explicitly destroying evidence because they would never; under any circumstance; repair, restore, or clean anything, let alone compensate anyone, for any action they have ever taken without a federal lawsuit. And just to be clear, they'd still win the lawsuit because of how the courts are reading the law.
So yeah. If true, the FBI is definitely destroying evidence. Got a link to that?
"The 5th Amendment doesn't apply to legitimate police power use." ... No. The 5th Amendment SPECIFICALLY applies to legitimate police power use. Not exclusively, but that was very much EXACTLY what it was written for.
For me, I kept an open mind until I saw the layout of the area and realized they left that roof unguarded. It isn't 2 miles away. It's 150 fucking yards with a clear line of sight to Trump.
If you pulled a random person off the street and gave them command of the security setup, they'd know to guard that roof. It's too incompetent to be explained by incompetence.
This also lines up with what Dan Bonigino (fiercely loyal to Trump, pro MAGA, former Secret Service) said from his insiders in the SS. He's beyond fucking embarassed at how fucking incompetent the whole thing was, from both the SS AND the local police forces.
It makes me think either 1) they were just half assing it and throwing newbies in there or 2) some inside fucks planned this on purpose knowing full well that they set this whole thing up to fail.
He's been tearing apart the SS the past week on his show on Rumble. Needless to say, dude was pissed that a 20 year old autistic bitch made a fool out of the SS.
Too bad the federal agencies who are supposed to investigate the politicians and state employees who made these decisions, are part of the cabal who made these decisions.
I was more sold on the lone gunman narrative before I started hearing this shit.
The level of misconduct here by the Secret Service is genuinely criminally negligent. Whoever allowed this situation to get to the way it was need to be criminally charged and go to prison.
This much criminal negligence either necessitates the purging of the Secret Service, or the dismissal of it. There can't be any half-measures on this.

Private investigation into the shooting too.

Contrast that with what the police do 100% of the time everywhere else.

Letho's Law going over a completely unique incident where a jury ruled against the government on one of these cases
Correct YT Comment:
The day of I was inclined to believe the simplest explanation, but this is really starting to stink.

I don't know if private security would be allowed to shoot a guy once he takes out a rifle.
Mayorkas again
Its not always them, but there's always one of them.

I believe that the security detail was set up to fail. I don't believe that the shooting itself was supposed to fail.
Feels like both to me. None of the agents were informed of the plot, but they were arranged in such a way by the plotters.
I think that's what this is. The plotters arranged the pieces on the board.
If they're really that green then even just the slightest squeeze should have them squealing and will rat out names higher up the chain.

Nitter.
