It’s honestly embarrassing.

When your enemy puts a weapon on the table, you either pick it up or you lose.

It’s like libertarianism. Attractive ideology that might work in peacetime, but that peacetime will never exist so long as leftism does.

Why would a pick up a switchblade when I have a machete?

The Right put down a much better weapon when they abandoned consequence-based justice for the Leftist "rehabilitative" justice (which never quite seems to). They don't need the weapons of the Left, they need to pick up their own weapon and fight.

Yeah I learned this. Maybe it would work intra-nationally but definitely not inter-nationally. And even internally, like you said, not so long as leftists are hell bent on destroying everything they modestly disagree with.

Libertarianism is in full alignment with removing people from your property for whatever reason, including being a leftist. If enough libertarians agree, then property could be city, state or country

How dare we beat the enemy with their own stick.

Oh well. As the old saying goes, "Don't start no SH, won't be no IT."

The Left cancels people because they've broken no laws so they can only be hurt by the mob. The Right responds by stirring the mob against actual criminals, instead of demanding the State hold them to account.

The Right needs to beat the Left with their own stick: law and order.

But is that feasible right now? With Soros DAs, activists on the bench, and BLM-kneeling law enforcement agencies? It’s all well and good to saw we need to lock criminals up—and it’s true—but we also need to use the weapons that are available to reach the point where locking the criminals up is easier. “The mob,” as you put it, is clearly one of those weapons.

I'm glad people are being smart and cancelling, as opposed to doing anything stupid.

One of the saving graces about all of us sperging about glowies is we never fall for any of the tricks

I think it's more than that. Not to sound all Ana Kasparian, but we're better than them.

Most of the people I've seen have rallied around this, and seem to legitimately be taking it as a hopeful sign. I'm barely seeing any fedposting, much less IRL action. Even when they tried to take out Trump, and almost succeeded, the instinct among most is not vengeance. There's some people calling out the bullshit and "canceling" people, but no one is even talking about violence or anything similar.

It's pretty amazing really, especially if you compare it to how the left reacts to much smaller things. Supreme Court says the president can do his job? "ASSASSINATE THEM ALL! INSTALL A DICTATOR!"

They literally try to kill our guy? "Yeah, we're done with your retarded bullshit. Keep your stupid opinions to yourself. We've got the mandate now. We've got the energy. We'll meme all over you if you don't watch it, bucko."

It's pretty wholesome, really.

Now, if they'd actually killed Trump, I do think we'd be having a different conversation, but thankfully that's not the case.

If trump had gotten killed, I fully believe that we'd have seen dems getting shot in the streets the next day all over.

We lucked out, because the left can't fucking do anything right, even after getting inside help and the fbi radicalizing yet another tranny.

The entire point of the rights existence is to stop us all from regressing into constant warlord violence. That's the "Order" part. We find a way to coexist and a set of rules to manage our interactions with people we disagree with. Disagree with to the point of violence without those rules.

The result is Capital C Civilization. Structures that take humanity from mud into the stars.

That's the ideal. At its base level it's honorable, admirable, and wraps nihilists and christians in a wide warm embrace that improves the lives of everyone.

The glory of Civilization is delayed gratification writ large. The rule that says, if you don't steal Unga's Oranges makes him more willing to spend time growing oranges. And so you give up a free orange to have 20 cheap ones.

The cascade of that simple idea is everything fundamental to anything good humans have built.

The left has none of that. All their moralizing is referential. Its all concerning managing what IS and rejecting possibility.

So damn right were better than them

If it was a level playing field, that DEI hire in charge of the 'secret service' would have been pressured to resign, instead she has received the support of her DNC minders, precisely because she's a DEI hire.

She serves at the pleasure of the president, I believe, so she's only got a few more months anyway. Hopefully she spends all that time being (verbally) tortured by having to listen to retarded politicians in committees for all of that.

The issue was always one of moral standards. The left cancels people for saying true facts like "men aren't women." We're going after people who are saying "DIE DIE DIE WE WANT YOU TO DIEEEEEE!"

Societal morality needs to be corrected.

A hostile environment was created by the Overton window being pushed further and further left. The right is only responding in this manner because the left has made it acceptable to behave this way.

The comfortable and unrestrained lefties made a serious enough of a vocal mistake that the hordes of midwits are fine with the left getting smacked around. The mob doesn't change, you just have to point them in a favorable direction.

I get that feeling, but using their tactics is gay and cringe, not least lf which because the Right should be calling for arrests, not firings. They're uttering death threats against political opponents and the Right is going "we'll get them fired from their wage slave job, that'll show 'em". The Right needs to stand up for the rule of law, including tbe elimination of bad laws, of which we have many. If everything was fair today, these Far Left radicals would all be living in cardboard boxes.

We should be fighting, but we need to stop letting them dictate the terms of engagement; not because they'll likely win (and they will), but because if we win, we become like them.

Having an opinion is not illegal, no matter how heinous it may be, so getting fired is all they deserve. However, I agree we've been letting a lot of illegal shit go on and that needs to be shut down now that we've found our balls.

we become like them.

Victorious? Having our beliefs enshrined and spouted from every source across the globe? Having our opponents scared to even slightly oppose us?
