OK, as much as I hate Klaus, this is obviously false. I refuse to believe that Klaus would actually make advances to women. Getting turned on by robots, piles of money, news stories about putting arbitrary restrictions on people with less money than him, sure. But can't see him getting turned on by humans.

They want high prestige positions that are extremely ''important'' ( in a nefarious org, but still in their mind this is ''important prestigious work'' )... but not important enough that they can't be replaced with some or no notice for months at a time.
If you can be replaced that easily in a high-prestige white-collar job, then indeed someone else can do your job without taking months off.

There's multiple reasons for this. First, they have to keep up the meme of removing men from positions of power for innocuous shit/hearsay and replace him with a woman. More females in power for female supremacy while also equating spoken word as evidence in the court of public opinion
Second, this was probably the only thing they could find without resulting in collateral damage. If they had found something towards sexual favors or assault, it might have knocked a bunch of other heads into the dirt as well. They have to Ship of Theseus the people in the seats of power to maintain the structure, not burn sections of it (as much as we'd want them to do that)
