Styx talked about this earlier, it's basically the perfect troll.
Biden would get a HUGE boost in the polls if he agreed to it, it was done with no trickery and came back negative.
Which is why it's the perfect move from Trump, we ALL can see he's on a lot of shit just to not slump to the ground. And despite Trump's age, he's still as good as ever so Biden lost to this move as soon as Trump uttered it.

They faked Obama's birth certificate and laughed about it by distributing a pdf with the layers not flattened. Who thinks they wouldn't also be able to fake a piss test?
Because by even submitting to it, they are giving Trump a partial win and power over them, faked or not.
