It was certainly one of his worst blunders. Both letting lockdowns go for as long as they did and then doing that Operation Lightspeed to try and push the vaxx through as fast as possible.
It would be a pretty solid dunk for them to use against him legitimately, but they have to tiptoe it super hard to avoid the whiplash from 180ing that hard on it and losing their paranoid base.
Unfortunately, no they don't. Liberals will switch from a position to its polar opposite the very next week when ordered to without a care in the world. Hell, they can believe both sides of a position simultaneously. Their only actual principle is to acquire power and use it to destroy their enemies at any cost. They are petty tyrants by nature.
That's why they freak out when the right gains any power. They believe the right is doing the same thing. Meanwhile, the right is also projecting and believe the left is acting in good faith, but are simply misguided. Both sides are completely wrong in their assumptions.
For the Liberals yes, but pure Liberals aren't enough to keep them in full power. They need to keep that frog boiled somewhat slowly to not get the rest of the populace questioning too hard.
Plus, the vaxx is an actual life commitment that people can't undo, unlike their ideology. So flipping on it would actually make some of those Liberals go feral.
Same with being a lesbian, or having trans kids and "supporting" them with sex changes and hormones and shit. Bullshit leftist ideologies are kind of all-in and carry some serious sunk cost baggage.

Its not hard to downplay/delete of them from the start, and then up-play their months of screaming against the vaxx (because TDS meant they had to be contrarian). Which is likely what they will try to do to win a lot of easy points against him, as Trump supporters are primarily anti-vaxx and its a huge gap between them all.
The only problem really exists in making sure everyone gets on the train at once, internationally. Both the big Corporates and the Governments. Because if even a few don't march right it'll blow up in their faces and risk leaks with damning information.

He doesn't mention in his stage talks that he too has got permanent tinnitus from the jab, and that it's "extraordinarily bothersome" and still "debilitating". He just keeps on preaching.

The thing about the vaccines was that some were rapidly banned in the EU, and were sporadically used, whereas other countries kept on using them regardless of the early data, such as the USA.
AstraZenica and Johnson and Johnson had very evident blood-clot links in the beginning.
Was really funny to notice how the first few months of the jab was filled with "I'm TEAM X" posting and all those options.
Then it turns out most of the teams had extremely quick side effects, so the names were buried and memoryholed, and the last one just became The Vaccine.
