Out of curiosity, do you have a source for that? Desirability aside, "incel" is a mindset. I can see a lot of white people embracing it, because the culture is currently against them. Similar to how a lot of trannies are white. There's much more of a propaganda push against white people than nonwhites. Being nonwhite is fine, being white is verboten, so I can see a lot of young whites embracing defeatist mindsets like self identifying as an incel.
It's not quite the evidence you're looking for but that OkCupid data that was released a few years ago showed white men to be the most contacted on that site by women of all races. Asian men and black women were the least contacted group.
It's wild how popular white people actually are as potential partners compared to how much hate they get. Honestly, a good chunk of it is probably jealousy/envy.
It's entirely envy. Our conquests in the world actually ended up improving a lot of the places we went to, and after we left, many were unable to maintain the things we left behind, let alone surpass them.
The nonwhites in the West see the magnificent structures and cultural artifacts we have, and don't see the same in their home countries. Naturally, they feel very inferior, and lash out as a result.

From the brief time I looked around those guys, all of the above.
A lot of them get too deep inside their own head and have been poisoned by identity politics making them feel like they have to be part of their "tribe" whether its the white half or the non-white half, but they can't because they aren't pure enough. Sometimes they actually aren't welcome as many lightskinned blacks can attest to being alienated by both the blacks for being too white and the whites for being still black.
And sometimes they just straight up end up looking like a genetic losing case, getting none of the positives from certain halves but some of the negatives. The old AzMasc boys I know complained a lot about not getting Height from their white halves, and I've met a few "black skull with white skin" people in the past and they are fucking freaky to look at.
But, after Elliot made it basically the entire foundation of his manifesto it became a lot harder to discuss openly and so its really not brought up anymore when beforehand it was a begrudging topic in a lot of places. Its been a long time since I've read it, so I'm sparse on details but I know he fucking hated Asians almost as much as women because he was part Asian and blamed it for a lot, with a lot of anger arising from other Asians he knew somehow having girls.
