Yeah, the comment he's replying to implies that modern women offer those things, and a big part of the problem is that they don't. They're only good for sex, but they don't even offer that at a reasonable cost unless you're a top 5 percenter. I'm not into the sex doll thing but I understand the logic: There's no point in inviting the modern woman's bullshit into your life if you can get the one thing they offer from a less aggravating alternative.
They aren't even really that good at sex, most have fucked so many men that they can never pair bond again. Most have so much sexual baggage, good luck ever making a sex life with them. People don't understand the things sex does to your brain

Modern women don't know what they can actually offer to men because society has taught them to think only in masculine and material terms; and their mothers and fathers never told them either.
Women are taught to sterilize themselves from the ages of 14-35 and all the other stuff is 1/100th as hard as they pretend it is. Tumblr Leftists did commandeer the word from psychology and PTSD episodes, but in recent ears it became an insult used by internet right-wingers to mock the SJWs for their emotional tantrums in response to politics they didn't like.
