That is true. It's the 2nd mission called 23 megabytes and while it starts off as a swatting, the brother is a furry with that costume and the actual streamer has access to a data center that scams people out of bitcoin with shit coins. This mission leads to the Talent Time two missions later which then leads to Valley of Dolls.
Side note, if you're going to play, get the mod called No Crack. This slows the reaction time of enemy AI to be human like in that it gives you a time to react instead of aimbotting. It also fixes morale/stress options that the devs have overlooked.

Yeah, I know, the CP. He actually printed out the pictures by hacking into the Mindjot protected server. Brixley served as middle man and when they discovered the streamer had been arrested tried moving the server from Mindjot but were too late as the SWAT team had arrived. There's a laptop in the Mindjot conference room and mentioned in the briefing of Talent Time that the streamer was convicted of CP.

Yeah, excellent SWAT3/4 clone. I thought they kind of cucked out during development at one point when they replaced some NPC/dialogue to remove "offensive stereotypes", but otherwise it's been solid. Just released from Early Access.
You can also blow the head off of nonces, traffickers, methheads, and "youths" from 10 yards with a shotgun, I'd say its pretty good.

Havent played it yet, but I have heard it is a pretty good tactical shooter, best played with friends. And that it doesnt really discriminate on who it sends you after. Right-Wing Militas, Left-Wing Anarchist communes, Muslim terrorist, they are all fair game.
