Hello all. I’m seeking advice/threads to follow to deal with in the Globohomo 500 world. I work white/blue collar and ended up in such a place, where since pre-Obama the stench of sjw starting stinking, and it’s only gotten worse. Eventually Ill move to some hard blue collar work, but for now this is the best source of fiat, and I look forward to removing my competence from the system eventually.
There has as of yet been no corporate wide pronoun or anti whiteness sort of training, but I’ve been waiting for that shoe to drop for 4+ years. But, what I do know, is the unfireables are absolutely noticeable, raises and promos for years have been tilted, especially in the last 3 years.
Assuming I was going to toil within the belly of the beast for some amount of time longer, what are blogs/books/lines of thought to poke the system with? I 100% understand that if James Damore got removed for his lines of criticism what the landscape is, but the absurdities and competence loss continually increase in ways which are undeniable.
The jewish golem problem is a lever we must make use of while the ground is unstable.
First you need a base you can maneuver from and that means building relationships up the chain of command. The enemy operates by isolating counter-revolutionaries and making them into untouchables.
Take a page from their playbook. Stop fighting against ideas, start fighting against people who hold those ideas. Identify the enemy and do whatever you can to make her life as difficult as possible without calling attention to yourself for doing so. It is a dirty way to fight but when the enemy has weaponized decency against us it is the tool we have remaining.
The goal isn't winning, because we are long past that. The goal is to gum up the gears until the machine collapses under it's own incompetence.
Not a chance this will work. The 'chain of command' will choose its own hide over you. But this is a good idea in any case. If you're well-liked and are productive, it will be less likely that you'll fired for any case than if everyone hates you and you do nothing.
But having fore warning might help you.
"I can't stop it but I like you so here's what happening when you come into work tomorrow" is better then nothing.
All this war effort isn't worth it for a job that enriches others. OP, just keep your head low while you bide your time to get out. Then, get out.
The good news is you're at the tail end of this bullshit so you won't have to deal with it much longer since cost cutting HR saves a lot of money quickly
The bad news is, you're at the tail end of this so this'll be when their at their most extreme, desperate to abuse power, so just stay away from most women at work unless they are in what I like to call the 'work wife' territory .
You have two options.
(This applies to anyone else having to deal with various power-plays in large businesses, just as an FYI.)
One, become so critically knowledgeable and indispensable that it is literally impossible to fire you. I've actually seen this done before - a guy I knew and worked with every day(not at the same business, but a business I had to deal with) who got fired in the morning(saw him at lunch and learned the story) and was back at work the next day. His company fucking hated him, but he was too good at his job and knew where all the bodies were buried, so they couldn't get rid of him.
Second, fight fire with fire. Though probably not in the way you're thinking.
DIE and HR basically runs off of tribal and ethnic nepotism. Politics. Old school politics - you get the job not off of wether you can do it or not but who you know. HR and DIE are pure, distilled version of this - they hire people cause they're women or black or indian and everything goes straight to shit, because these people are utterly fucking incompetent, but they are of the tribe and so can do no wrong.
So, do similar. Get to know the guys in power. Buddy buddy up to them. Get to work exchanging favors, go behind HRs back and find the real levers of power. Network the shit out of people. Go out drinking, go to the family BBQs, so on and so forth.
Is it distasteful? Yeah, kinda. Can everyone do it? Fuck, no. I sure can't. But I've seen it work, so I can't fault the results, as much as I hate it otherwise.
If you can't do the above... well, start saving up 'fuck you money', always have an exit strategy, and be prepared to pop smoke and GTFO once the lynch mob starts hungering for blood.
Oh, and never, ever apologize.
Honestly best way to fight it is just ignore it. The whole program is literally designed to make good people uncomfortable such that you try to fight back because then they'll destroy you. Just play along as minimally as possible and don't give them any ammunition.
Alternativly, play along and force them to accelerate untill they self destruct from it. we saw shades of this with bud light and dillan, too soon too fast.
At the very least, be prepared to leave the second they start "diversity training".
I'd seek legal advice from qualified professionals before you're fired. If the employer can mandate such training and you refuse, you will be in a bad position. In that case, if I were in your position, I'd attend and ask uncomfortable questions.
The tangible problem is the circle jerk of academia and liberals finding a new thing to crusade on. I recommend focusing your frustrations on that.
As for things to do, nothing strikes more fear into the hearts of moral busy bodies than competency. I would find every opportunity you can to one up and show up the unfireables, put on full display their incompetency in front of the higher-ups and management. this won't really matter if your company is saturated with ESG funding, but if the company has to actually make ends meet this will make them think twice about the unfireables.

I was joking. Class action suits require capital and for profit legal muscle with a long breath. It also depends on the jurisdiction/country.
Anyway, you could try filing anonymous complaints to industry oversight institutions. Or start complaining internally, anonymously. Just to make them aware that people are noticing things.
The major issue with companies now a days is they promote by race and status within the company, or hire people at higher points from outside. Get your resume out there and see if there are any bites for better pay. Stay away from using LinkedIn (if you can) as companies tend to scan those for updates and fire people for reason.
The best strategy for getting through is passive non compliance. Don't participate in the trainings (just say you're busy), don't use pronouns, ignore anyone who says anything about it. Resist the urge to be a smart ass or argue with anyone. The main purpose of these systems is to provoke dissent so they can single you out for attack. Be a slippery fish and just swim away from the fight.
Or If you really want to put a stop to it, the key is to agree and amplify. Become twice as big an sjw as the DIE people. Make sure they know your pronouns (change them daily), and log every violation they make. Bring up every marginalized group you can think of at every meeting, the inuit, the annunaki, the nazcan sky people, everyone. They may attempt to call your bluff and it may not work, but has good potential.
This is by no means a criticism of you, and this may very well be very good advice.
But from American rightists, I get the impression that if they lived in 1776, they'd call Washington et al. "imperial glowies" trying to get them into trouble.
Being able to cow their opponents into silence is a victory in and of itself. On the other hand, people giving the powers that be an excuse to fire them doesn't help either. It's difficult living under tyranny.
Washington was an elite. Who among the elite are standing up against DIE? The GOP just complained their party was too white. Everyone who showed up at the capital on Jan 6th went to jail, who among the elite are standing up for them? Trump isn't even saying he'll pardon them.
