I get semi daily random calls and texts from the area code my phone is. A lot of them are real, confused ppl. But it's never good anyways. Usually ppl looking for drugs.
The person already has your phone number, and is now trying to get your full name and a picture of you, which he might use to infer your location and trace you, or even blackmail you. It sounds like he's trying to set up accounts in your name or trying to bypass security measures that some sites would have in place to authenticate your identity.
Never send your own dick. Send an internet dick, neighbor's dick, coworker, whatever. Stolen dicks and counterfeit dicks are untraceable and disposable.
