De Santis campaign's Christina Pushaw (who helped to get Zelensky elected while working in Ukraine) made some comment or accusation and he responded "What is your fucking problem?"
The Seth, the CEO of the BEE, white knighted for Pushaw almost immediately, and publicly fired Wax when a private phone call would have made all involved look far better.
Then seth went on twitter spaces and was demolished, admitted to having taken money from De Santis, and used the words "we" when describing De Santis supporters and "You" when describing Trump supporters.

This is another reason why I can’t stand people like him or the Quartering. They can’t be bothered to stick to one thing. They have to dip their fingers in everything. I get commenting here or there about politics (I would still rather not have that because the lefties ruined it), but you’re running a fuckin gaming site. Stick to what you know.
I do watch his political streams from time to time.

I also hate how much of the content revolves around interactions with superchats.
I remember doing the math one time on Nerdrotic new livestream. I think it’s called the Forbidden Frontier. Or something like that. Anyways, it’s a two hour stream and he spends half of that time reading superchats. I’m beginning to think they don’t have any content if they don’t read those. That could be a problem.
Man, I can't tell and I tried to. Twitter is worse than worthless. Best I can see is that he got into bitch-fight with a DeSantis' campaign aide and started dropping profanities. The tweet in the middle of that screenshot is where the thread begins and ends because he just @'d her without referring to anything specific she'd said that might be construed as a conversation.
Based on how wildly active he's been in just the last day (I count around 100 tweets before I stopped scrolling), he seems terminally online and I'd side with Bee on this one for cutting him loose before he has a meltdown.
I also see he's lined up podcast interviews to 'discuss' his termination already, so this is going to be another one of those personality events for the next few days, I guess.

Perhaps the sidebar should be updated. Neither Rule 16 there or in the "Welcome Ashore!" post say that implying something is against the rules. It says "Do not attack."
I consider that to be an attack. Obviously, don't physically attack, but this is a rhetorical and verbal attack.
If I say, "Assassin47 is not to be trusted", it doesn't "imply" that you are untrustworthy, it is explicitly stating that you are untrustworthy. It is stating that you are morally disintegrous. I would consider that a verbal attack on your character. Hence, it is an attack.

So Seth had a discussion on this on twitter and at one point, he just calls the people disagreeing with him cultists and when others point out other employees of his have said worse than this arguably, he mentions he doesn't monitor his employees twitter so he doesn't know what they tweet, just apparently....this one...
