Good times like these have felt scarce lately. Josie, who's transgender, no longer feels welcome in Florida.
In Florida, the state medical boards began debating those bans last summer, and they went into effect in March. For months, Josie was terrified she would lose access to the hormones she takes to help her body align with her gender identity.
Oh, well if that’s what you want to call it sure, even though I’ve yet to ever meet a passable troon, tell yourself the hormones help.
Most major national medical associations agree gender-affirming care is safe and effective. But the Florida medical boards argued the treatments were "experimental," and barred doctors from prescribing them to minors.
No, they do not agree it is “safe and effective” as long term use HAS NEVER BEEN FULLY STUDIED. Short term use shows massive complications if the person decides to detransition.
even though I’ve yet to ever meet a passable troon,
I've never met a passable MTF, and the one FTM I've met was easily recognizable through the beard and mustache by the feminine mannerisms it still displayed.
Things like holding their hand in front of their mouth when in shock or disbelief, still having a purse (or a bag similar to one), the abnormally short height for a man, and the voice, which never really sunk to a man's register.
The link in the article makes no claim that is "safe and effective", just because someone supports something does not mean they think it is "safe".
It also contains stuff like:
73% lower odds of suicidality over a ** 12-month follow-up.**
Does not mention anything about side effects or social contagion. So complete bullshit.
This person would be picking up and running every couple of years without any outside influence.
It's part of their personality...they slowly make any environment they're in insufferable, then they can't stand living with what they've created, so they run to a new place looking to do the same thing again.
Dumb question but if NPR is govt funded how do they get away with such biased reporting? I would think for an article like this there should be a rebuttal. And using the word “flee”. Your delusion isn’t being catered to so you went somewhere that does dawn over you
I'm not aware of any law that prevents broadcasters from airing biased news even if they are publicly funded. There's rules about in-kind political contributions but those are enforced by executive agencies and are basically a joke.
There used to be laws that broadcasters (regardless of funding source) had to give "equal time" to major parties, but that would do nothing to stop these ideological cults that have taken over the world.
DeSimptis and other pro-woman shills spent huge amounts on astroturfing it. It's all they have left, a moral panic in the hope of tricking the broken simps to vote to further entrench women's status.
There's some very interesting financial ties.
DeSimptis > Babylon Bee > Libs of TikTok is one I'm surprised isn't talked about more.

The one fake man I've ever met reminded me of nothing more than the episode of Beavis and Butthead where they glued chopped up hair to their faces.
i've only ever met one. the smell was repulsive.
We're talking about people pushed into slicing off healthy body parts.
They've learned that lying works.
Someone I know was diagnosed with breast cancer and had her breasts removed. She describes it as the most painful and traumatizing event of her life.
They abuse people, lie that they're helping them, keep on abusing them. They're evil.
You might even call it… demonic

And then after 12 months? Probably same or higher rates
That's the point, they get an initial euphoria that goes away after 1-2 years and then they go deep in to depression.
At this point the phrase is actually a warning, no?
Even a passable one is still not legit. Although if they want to date guys they better be up front
Let's not pretend for a second that he wouldn't have rejected them if they didn't play his stupid pronoun games.

bye you won't be missed
But yeah, let's just forgive them.
I also suspect this is the root cause, that and crippling loneliness as hope of a relationship seems further out of reach.
I feel like this needs a proper meme campaign to raise awareness but I am not a skilled enough meme smith to do it.
Don't bother, people will just call you a tranny if you dare say anything other than "they do it to rape women".
That narrative can burn in hell.
What's your plan for winning?
Yeah I'm really not sure how that became the dominant opinion. It seems obvious to me.
I still think the right meme would raise awareness though.
That would be all the raping.
"Someone's doing the raping."
Literally, yes. They're enormously more likely to sexually assault others.
It makes sense. They are sexual deviants.
But that seems more like a consequence than a root cause.
The root cause is simple. It's not like it's unheard of for reviled perverts to try and disguise themselves as something else.
Moral degradation allows them that foot in the door.
Some guys do it for the female privilege and because of anti-male hate, and others do it for the raping.
