People trying to say Trudeau didn't force the vaccine are using only the definition of force that applies to "physical" force.
Force though is widely defined to include more than physical.
Example.
Force: strength or energy exerted or brought to bear : cause of motion or change : active power.
Force: capacity to persuade or convince.
Force: violence, compulsion, or constraint exerted upon or against a person or thing.
Under these definitions. Trudeau most definitely forced people to get the vaccine.
