Somewhat related but If the boycott on budlight works it will have a major ripple that the companies will have to acknowledge. (although I doubt it will work because the right are just stupid consumers)
If it works it means that the companies must take the right in to account, you can't ignore it as they have for so long, it will mean they will at least allow right wings views to exist in the public eye without being demonized at every step and it may even lead to right wing people being hired - this in turn would imply that right wing views will become acceptable in the workplace and you can no longer cancel people for saying all lives matter or because they voted for Trump. Although it may end up with woke marketing managers throwing a bone about patriotism and the right will eat it all up.
I'm not even sure if it is better or worse, left being subtle is how we got here in the first place.
This is also why the “right” wingers like trump are saying not to boycott bud light. Why joe Rogan says “it’s silly”. They don’t actually want the populist right to succeed in taking a company because they know they will be next if they continue playing the neocon game.
I actually think this one is working/will work because Miller and Coors exist and are essentially the same product but from a different company. Boycotting the NFL or NBA doesn't work because there aren't really any equivalents for people to switch to that aren't owned by the same people. I guess now we have the USFL, but I'm not sure who owns that league.
Just saw on the news that bud sales have reportedly dropped 7% total. Coors and Miller have seen increased sales.
Some areas have seen increased bud sales in highly liberal areas. But that will probably stop because they don't normally drink that style of beer to begin with.
I saw an old teacher virtue signal purchase, and then turn around and wonder how long it would take him to go through since he doesn't really drink. I just laughed.
You really can’t ever successfully call them out for hypocrisy on anything because they are critical theorists, and critical theorists are like lawyers, they can come up with an argument for literally everything. Within hours of the light-skinned Nani actress being announced the NPCs already had at least three different argument scripts for why that was bad but every instance of darkening a character or historical figure was okay.
Of course, on the other hand, it’s still worth it to argue with them, not to convince the dyed in the wool believer but to convince the less extreme people watching. This meme should be posted under every single tweet making the beer can argument, and sure the leftoid OP will say “right can’t meme” and other scripted phrases, but the meme is for the moderates, normies, and people not so committed to leftism.
The left has been majorly sucking corporate dick since 2012, when large corporations backed the the anti-SOPA campaign. It started with merely simping for big tech, but it has devolved into unquestioning brand loyalty towards anything that posts a rainbow flag.
The real Occupy left has long since been subverted.
Random thought, but is "Do [insert retarded thing here] to own [insert group here ]" the only good meme the left has ever come up with? I unironically can't think of a single other one that is actually good.
For years I heard "Corporations are not your friend" from the left over and over when I was talking about video game companies getting screwed over by leftists who infected them and started changing things to better suit them, who we know full well doesn't play games and doesn't actually care about games.
Now, you literally have companies targeting ads and vying for gay and trans people for ESG money because it's basically stock market 2 if you fag up your product... and they're okay with it.
They're perfectly okay being targeted and exploited for revenue, if it makes them feel good.

7% drop in sales is not negligible but it should be 50% drop in sales if not more.
Isn't that one of those 'the process is the punishment' deal if the left is all buying budlight?
Though, they might like the taste, their enjoyment of pisswater is how we got monkeypox....

It was important for the Left to get off the Occupy train.
Arguing that it's the 99% vs the financiers goes really poorly for the thought-leaders of the priestly caste.
Their current copium is "the chuds are only making Dylan famous". As if random nobodies get interviewed by the POTUS.
Why I find it annoying when they try to call others snowflakes.
They also use Based now, and other terms they're trying to convert. The left can't think for themselves but we already knew NCP's be NPC's.
Lets be exploited! That’ll show the nazis!
land o'lakes is the best...
white man took the land, evicted the native.
fucking kek.
These people have all the agency and self-awareness of a wind-up toy. The establishment media winds them up and points them at a target.

Jesus.
Fucking.
