Is a one way fast lane, England is something like 77% English, in 20 years it will probably be around 60% with the younger generation being 50% English. At one point does England stop being England and is just an economic entity with no identity or purpose?

No disagreement. Mass migration's utility in politics is to create balkanized cities with a Party Boss political system, where each city's ethnic enclave can be kept perpetually warring for some minimal power, while the oligarchs of that system maintain permanent control.
