Actually that would be a funny skit or movie. a white guy does his ancestry DNA report and is like 3% West African so he jokingly applies for a reparations check and to his surprise he gets paid.
I know Sowell made a similar comment. But if you look at the history of world slavery it’s hard to find someone who doesn’t have slaves or slave owners as ancestors. I know I do.

Some DNA testing companies have come out and bragged about adding trivial amounts (< 1%) of African DNA to people's results to "own the racists."
