Doctors are just a link in the chain, beholden to the pharmaceutical lobbyists and medical "community" for their continued access to money.
The opioid epidemic exposed all Doctors as grifting assholes. Nothing has changed, in fact it is worse now since they know they can get away with it.
Cut their federal funding to zero. Tax their multi-billion dollar endowment and use the money to fund non-woke universities and trade schools that don't teach any woke subjects and concentrate on useful skills.
Weimar had enough right-wing presence that the Nazis were able to campaign and win local elections in important parts of the country. Wearing a MAGA hat in any city with a population over 10000 in the US gets you physically attacked and shooting a communist attacking you means your life is effectively over.
