Every time I don't feel like going to the gym I just tell myself "this is what the gay commies want" and I immediately go.

Gay commies are gym bunnies. They go to the gym to fuck and shower.

Now you've done it, RACIST.

Write a Vox explainer asserting that criticism of the mainstream media editorializing titles is racist.

The criticism of mainstream media editorializing titles is rooted in racism. This type of criticism is often directed at journalists and editors who are people of color, which reflects a larger issue of racism in media.

Mainstream media outlets are often accused of having “bias” in their editorializing titles. But this criticism is often based on stereotypes about certain ethnic and racial groups. For example, the assumption that Asian-American journalists are more likely to be biased in their coverage of topics related to race and ethnicity is both false and offensive. It’s a form of discrimination that suggests that Asian-American journalists are incapable of reporting objectively because of their race.

In addition, the criticism of mainstream media editorializing titles reflects larger patterns of racism in the media. People of color are less likely to be employed in mainstream media outlets, and they are often subject to unfair double standards when it comes to covering stories. People of color are also often portrayed in a negative light in the media, which reinforces damaging stereotypes and contributes to negative perceptions of people of color.

Overall, the criticism of mainstream media editorializing titles is rooted in racism, and it reflects a larger issue of racism in the media. People of color are often held to different standards than their white counterparts, and they are frequently subjected to unfair stereotypes and negative portrayals. This criticism needs to be recognized as an expression of racism, and steps must be taken to address the underlying issues.

Women were catcalled. People of color were thought to be committing a crime.
The “running is for everybody” discourse still quite often leaves out the fact that depending on where you live and the body that you live in, it can be a very different kind of experience.

Yeah, the reason people can't walk the streets in american cities is those darn racists thinking blaqs are committing crimes. Of course if they are "jogging" in jeans then maybe they have a point.

I don't understand how they think they're going to convince people to not exercise (beside the ones that already don't).
Beauty standards will only change so much (considering the time when size indicated wealth). Many people don't like feeling sluggish, or weak, or easily exhausted. Competition of any sort will always be a thing.
I think this narrative is the most foreign to human nature that they have made. How would it succeed?

Reads like a parody article but it’s an honest article. Didn’t Time magazine used to be a serious magazine? I remember during the summer of love they had an article talking about how there was only destruction at a few blm protests and they had an an article that said the “protestors” weren’t spreading covid (but of course everyone else was). I’m sure they were garbage before then but that’s when I noticed.

So I guess I should just get fat and die sooner to fight white supremacy?

That is the only way to fight white supremacy.

That and more gang shootings in black neighborhood. Every time a black kid is shot, a KKK member loses his robe.

Write a Washington Post article with the headline "The White Supremacist Origins of Exercise, and 6 Other Surprising Facts About the History of U.S. Physical Fitness"

By Anna Hamilton

For many Americans, exercise is a regular part of their daily routine. But few people realize just how deep the roots of physical fitness in the United States go. From its white supremacist beginnings to its transformative use by the military, the history of exercise in the United States contains many surprising facts. Here are some of the most interesting things to know about the evolution of physical fitness in America.

  1. White Supremacist Origins: Physical fitness has its roots in the early 20th century eugenics movement, which sought to improve the genetic composition of the population through selective breeding. The movement was largely driven by white supremacists, who believed that certain races were "inferior" and should be eliminated through forced sterilization and other measures.

  2. Military Transformation: During World War II, the U.S. military adopted a comprehensive physical fitness program designed to prepare soldiers for battle. The program, which included strength training, calisthenics, and running, was eventually adopted by civilians in an effort to stay healthy and fit.

  3. The Rise of Aerobics: In the 1970s and 1980s, aerobic exercise became popular among American women. The workout, which was promoted by celebrities such as Jane Fonda, included a combination of cardiovascular exercise and strength training.

  4. Exercise and Technology: The introduction of home fitness equipment, such as treadmills and stationary bikes, made it possible for people to exercise in their own home. As technology has advanced, so have the options for at-home fitness, with exercise apps and virtual personal trainers now available.

  5. Exercise and Mental Health: Exercise has been shown to have positive effects on mental health, including reducing stress and improving mood. It can also help improve cognitive function, increase self-esteem, and reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety.

  6. Exercise and Nutrition: Nutrition plays an important role in physical fitness, and nutrition experts recommend a balanced diet to support an active lifestyle. Eating a healthy diet can help fuel workouts and provide the vitamins and minerals needed for optimal performance.

  7. Exercise and Injury Prevention: Regular exercise can help reduce the risk of injuries by strengthening muscles and increasing flexibility. Proper form and technique are important for injury prevention, as is adequate rest and recovery time.

Physical fitness has come a long way since its white supremacist beginnings, and it continues to evolve as technology and medical research advances. From its military transformation to its mental health benefits, exercise has become an integral part of American culture. With the right knowledge and dedication, anyone can make exercise an important part of their life.

This makes sense. White Supremacy is the only way I ever stayed in shape to begin with! You should all join me on my exercise routine.

  1. Warm-up Stretch - Play Erika while you do this to get into the spirit of the exercise.
  2. Planks - Hold for 88 seconds.
  3. Push-ups - Do these slowly while saying "Sieg" and "Heil" on each up and down motion, breathing steadily to maintain your rhythm.
  4. Squats - Simple 5x5 sets of a manageable weight. Recite the 14 words during the rest period of each set.
  5. Pulley Bag Lift - Great for training the muscles necessary to lynch The Darkies. Again, use a manageable weight.
  6. Cool-down Stretch - Play Horst Wessel Leid to remember what we once lost, and what we may yet regain.

Follow these easy steps and one day you, too, could be as strong in mind, body, and spirit as I am. Remember to drink your whole milk!

Time has been such a dumpster fire for a decade now, do they even have people still reading it? I can't think they have many readers anymore.
