Universal healthcare works. All you do is create death panels who decide which people get to receive healthcare and which people get to die, like Canada. Basically, you set a budget and then apply healthcare according to the budget. In this way, it's always sustainable. Sure, lots of people might not get healthcare or the service and quality might be very bad but that's besides the point. The point is whether it's sustainable or not and that's easily accomplished.
