The clucking hens on some morning show (probably The View but I'm not 100% positive) were outraged that some parents celebrated their 5 year old's birthday at Hooters, where the waitresses dress pretty modestly compared to what thots wear pretty much anywhere these days. While I find it kinda weird, I would be more worried about the patrons (who are often loud, rambunctious, and surly) than the waitresses (who are dressed more modestly than most beaches).
Oh, especially since the waitresses are trained to handle that kind of stuff. Ask them, and I'm pretty sure a large majority would rather deal with a somewhat whiny 5yr old than a heavily intoxicated/"grab-assey" middle aged guy.
