Some far-left "academic" makes up fables about mass graves. Other far-leftists take this as a reason to start burning Catholic churches, while the government does absolutely nothing.
And the response of this anti-pope is to... apologize for it?
There was some huge delegation of native grifters who traveled to the Vatican uninvited earlier in the year IIRC and essentially extorted a papal visit and apology as a condition of going back home.
Will the indigenous groups apologize to each other for all the land conquest that took place before Europeans arrived? At some point we need to say slavery and land conquest was all over. We can’t change that. Move on
