Probably because guys with autism have a much harder time getting married and having kids than women with autism do.
They say the autism genes aren't on the X chromosome, but doesn't mean it's not sex-linked. Women's brains are basically half one X and half the other X and it's possible that this has a moderating effect regardless of what genes are present.

Or for themselves. The average mid to low functioning autist is easily manipulated and indoctrinated by any societal validation, which is why so many of them troon. Their opinions should be treated with the same scrutiny as those of a woman or a child.
If you've got hereditary genetic disorders, celibacy and sterilization are ethical choices; continuing to fuck about and bringing children into this world who will suffer the severe defects you passed on is a deep moral failing.
