I'd say that if you're up for Supreme Court the results of some college test score should be well overshadowed by your resumé. Which I guess still remains true by being an activist from the bench. Flawless test scores won't make me change my mind on her.

Good point, this sounds like misdirection. When has this ever been an issue? Not that test scores are irrelevant but Republicans already had ample reason to reject her out of hand without test scores.

It's misdirection, sure. The whole article seems to be based on one sentence said by a guy on TV, and this Democrat propagandist is trying to make it look like the only objection against the sheboon is some high school bullshit.

They understand that affirmative action is trash, but they just don't care. They want to replace White people in every way possible.

Do the Dems realize they're the ones creating this dynamic or is that just part of the plan to bifurcate America more?

Both.

Performance, Education, Experience

That's what a pee test is? Son of a bitch, I've been buying hobo urine for no reason. Although it does make a great drain cleaner once diluted.

Who's gonna bite the bullet and come forward with a letter about her touching your ass at a party in the 90s ?

The only thing that's relevant is whether she'll treat the Constitution as Law or as Advice. And we already know she's an activist.
