Welcome to hyperreality. Tbh none of seems real. It's a shame Jean Baudrillard died awhile back because it'd be interesting getting his take on the Ukraine fighting. Or rather, how it's being portrayed to and perceived by everyone.
It's hard to know what is or is not propaganda, as we have no idea what's even happening, but I have found this account to be relatively objective - reporting on Russian setbacks as well as victories.
If Russia wanted to destroy Ukraine, they would have carpet bombed the whole thing and never blinked.
A ground invasion that doesn't even roll over people who get in the way of tanks doesn't scream "Destruction!".
Obviously people saying Russia's goal is destruction are not being honest or aren't really well informed.
The thing to ask yourself is who are these convicts even going to fight ? Imagine you've been held prisoner by an entity for a while, and they suddenly ask you to fight for them, would you ? This screams desperation.
The Ukraine government armed the civilian population, and they immediately started shooting each other. That was the behavior of the people who weren’t convicted criminals currently imprisoned by the state.
I'm not so sure that they are looking for wholesale slaughter. Destruction of economic and military targets however? Seems like that's what they are aiming for at the moment.
Yes, demilitarization to create a buffer between Russia and the bulk of NATO. This however requires maintaining civilian infrastructure and a functionning seat of power to preserve this buffer zone.
It doesn't scream "occupation" either. From what little credible info we have, there hasn't been any occupation of cities outside of the "breakaway" Eastern regions.
Exactly, Russia doesn't seem to be forceful. Puts in doubt the western propaganda about the conflict.
I'd disagree. Russia's got a dying demographic. The worst possible thing to happen to Russia would be to become bogged down in another Russian-Afghanistan style occupation. Putin is too smart for that.
That however doesn't require destruction, merely installing a puppet Government, not unlike what the US did in 2014.
If your objective was to bleed the Russians into submission, arming everyone with a trigger finger is a good way to start. Obviously it has it's drawbacks in that someone will need to stabilize Ukraine after the war ends. Whoever it'll be will have their work cut out for them.
Seems counterintuitive. Arming convicts seems like it would just result in a crime spike and probably friendly fire. Heck, those convicts could even try to defect to Russia in order to maybe gain amnesty.
Frankly, even arming normal citizens seems like a recipe to escalate conflict and create more casualties than anything that would halt the Russian advance.
It’s all bait. They’re trying to goad Russia into bombing the cities because globohomo media need that war footage in order to get NATO troops on the ground. Globohomo won’t rest until they get WW3.
My takeaway: after covid fizzled out, polling must have shown that climate change wasn’t going to trigger the great reset either. So now we get to flirt with nuclear war.
Russia will slowly take over the entirety of Ukraine.
In a few days the jewish jester Zelensky will flee the country to Brussels and make impassioned speeches about how NATO and the western countries must stand up against the evil madman Putin! We do not want this war, but we must fight it nevertheless! We stand together for democracy and civil rights!
It's a tv show. This is a fucking telenovela.
Russia, it's okay. You can have the fucking place, the keys is under the mat.

We all died from the death of Net Neutrality and we're just living in a simulation now.
It's the propaganda war era I guess. He who can get the most people to side with them before the negotiation table is set up wins.
You fight a meme war when you are physically unable to fight a real war
Will the penal legions be equipped with explosive collars and be lead by the Emperor’s finest commissars as well?
By the Emperor, that's a fine idea!
Brother, this is an inspiring idea. The Emperor guides.
Just like releasing inmates during covid didnt leade to an increase in crime?
Except it did
North Korea level of propaganda here.
I thought we had reached the peak with covid. how naive I was
Isn't this account a Russian propaganda account?

They're either retarded reddit tier faggots, or outright liars trying to force a narrative.
Putin is no fool.
He wants to take and hold Ukraine. That's why his troop movement is slow and methodical.
Create forward base, clear area, move up, take area, create forward base, old base becomes supply area, repeat.
Putin is intentionally avoiding civilian infrastructure, roads, and bridges.
Anyway with half a brain can put two and two together to get what's going on.
Same with the men they are blocking at the border and conscripting. Why would they make good allies?

Blah blah blah.
It's just the last two world wars repeating.
