Indians are brazenly tribal to a degree that rivals even the Jews. Indians hire other Indians almost exclusively. They support every leftist idea that disadvantages or tears down whites, including the most radical tenets of intersectionalism and critical race theory, because whites are seen as the dominant cultural and political power. Yet nationalism and racial/ethnic tribalism are very popular among Indians both in India and abroad; racial solidarity for them, but not for you.
This is all basic strategy. The goal is simply to outcompete and replace the native white citizens of the west. And it’s a pretty easy win when you consider that whites aren’t even allowed to play.
Minority nepotism has been proven in every society throughout history, usually as a survival tactic. The problem today is when those same minorities live in a free society and attack anyone else engaging in nepotism while doing the same themselves.
Yes, well, the majority used to be allowed their nepotism, too, it was just seen as natural. But now it's become truly unequal thanks to "equality" measures, as only some may be tribalistic, but not others. And the chinese are the same way.
All groups are, what’s unique in western society today compared to history is that we have actually created free societies. This has allowed those who discriminate to keep discriminating while attacking those who do not as evil simply because they have a larger demographic. It is tyranny of the minority.

Looking at this thread also makes me sad that the terrible behavior of this growing mass of leftist indians is undoubtedly going to end up creating a sharp backlash against even the few based Indians in America.
Take in to consideration that they are greatly favored by leftism. They are some of the highest earning demographic and still favored by affirmative action.
They do not get the crappy treatment some asians get, the ones that the left decided they are white.
They are in high positions in tech and are free to hire as many Indians as possible in the name of racial justice, it would be hilarious if it was not depressing.
From what I seen generally it is the radically leftist indian women along with millionaire+ wealthy Indian males who manage to get benefits from affirmative action these days.
I am pretty sure most indian men in America really don't get the same affirmative action perks that blacks get.
I am friends with some based right wing Indian bros and they share nearly all of my political views. They are as based as most people here.
They told me that they started completely opposing leftism after getting fucked over by affirmative action bias in college admissions.
I do not know, most I work with seem leftist. Maybe is an age thing as those I work with tend to be older, in their 40s and 50s.
I doubt they get the same treatment as black people but they are included as POC in statistics. There is literally no statistic on black only anymore. So hiring Indians, one of the highest earning demographic, works towards the diversity and inclusion goals. Is another reason I look at how racist and stupid this initiatives are.
They might be Brahmin caste.
Brahmins are the top of the hierarchy in India and they tend to generally be the most leftist caste of Indians.
DEI programs literally are set up to discriminate against white men which is why the stats lump up all non whites together.
In academia, asian males and even indian males are generally treated as white-adjacent and also get discriminated against alongside white men.

My indian friends are not Brahmins and they bring up how generally it is Brahmins who solely benefit from nepotistic practices in tech.
One of my friends literally had a tech job offer revoked shortly after a Brahmin manager at the company looked into him and found out he was not Brahmin.

Some things are starting to make sense. I've noticed this superiority they have towards some Indians, I new that they have a caste system but I never knew it was such a big deal. I remember one telling me that he does not even need to work, smug bastard.
That is how it is? I kind of wondered how they seem to be very biased against non-Indians but they also seem to treat some Indians like crap. I've seen Indians refusing to speak to other Indians while working on opposing desks. I was helping this dude once because no one from his team wanted to help him. They were almost entirely Indians.

Yeah they definitely discriminate amongst fellow Indians alongside caste differences but that is not all.
Indians also have a big problem with discriminating along the lines of skin color differences in Indians.
Darker skin indians are discriminated against by lighter skin Indians. Light skin among indians is also sometimes falsely seen as evidence of being from a higher caste.
This is why they openly advertise and sell skin whitening cream over there.
They call the lowest caste: Dalits they used to be called the untouchables.
Even though the India govt apparently has affirmative action quotas for decades to try to lift up the lower castes, the hatred towards the lower castes is still strong even in the U.S.
Also north indians apparently hate the south indians. North indians generally have lighter skin.
India as a country is kind of a joke with how divided it still is.
India makes the currently divided U.S. look cohesive in comparison.
The Indian caste system is horrific and the "woke progressives" in the U.S. are emulating that evil and creating their own version of the caste system here.
