They do tend to be leftists and extremely racist.

    I work in IT, they favor other Indians to extreme levels. Not only do they favor other Indians, I am very disappointed in the level of skill they have.

You keep hearing how Indians are great IT engineers but most of them are mediocre and not particularly good colleagues either.

In my experience they're even worse nepotists than the Chinese are. Which is really saying something.
