This movie looks like woke trash. If we were smart, we'd be amplifying Peter Dinklage and trying to get Disney to scrap the project and apologize for their. . .erm. . . Insensitivity to dwarves.

i'm all for being corrected if i'm wrong, but isn't dinklage a woke douche? his original complaint was that they made snow white, who is famous for her snow white skin, of which is a pivotal part of the story, into a brown latina... but left the dwarves in it. dinklage was arguing disney didn't make it woke enough.
Not just seven jobs, seven roles in a high budget Disney movie. That's a lifetime recognition level kind of gig. Part of me sus Dinkage just want to keep a monopoly on serious midget roles.
Couldn't they have cast the Dwarfs as normal people and portrait them in a dignified way? Hell, you can even add a little bit of sojus by saying the reason they live together is because society shuns them and whenever a dwarf is born the baby gets left out in the forest and the outcast dwarfs collects them and raise them in their little hovel or whatever. Snow White gets saved by them and she learns that they're actually decent folks and returns the favor at the end of the movie or whatever.
But nope, instead rule34 for this movie is gonna be off the hook. 2 victories for degen social justice dickheads.
We need more honest irreverent comedians. I can imagine Norm MacDonald saying something like "After his calling for small actor roles to be replaced with CGI monsters, corporations are praising Dinklage for protecting their bottom line profits - while giving a much needed voice to all the little people, Dwarves, Oompa Loompas and other such magical creatures that toil for us every day."
Judging you by character instead of just reacting in disgust at your appearance was overrated anyway 🙄
Taking a group of - for all intents and purposes - mutant Hill people who are so mentally deficient they must be labelled by their default attitude or mentality (arguable exception with Doc, the smartest, the leader, the least effected by FAS) -- taking that group and making rhen empathetic, likeable heroes in the story should be considered a masterclass in character writing.
