Well, consider that prisons tend to be full of humans who don't adapt well to modern society for one reason or another (usually psycho-behavioural issues), this oughtn't be surprising.
And as for the fakes, well, they do tend to put the male-to-female trannies in with the women, so it's a cheap way to get to play with the girls. But it used to be that they had to at least have tits.
Just change it to penis or no penis prisons /bathrooms/ ect. Piss the left off and give them no room to pretend they are something they are not.
