I have done this, but it's a lot easier to do when you have a prince's bank account to fall back on, you know?
I don't want to diss him or anything as I think the rich and influental discussing the subject is a net positive but a lot of the people who don't pretty much can't.
A lot of people can't, but some could if they prioritized it and maintained the financial discipline necessary to do so.
Paying down debt and minimizing non-discretionary recurring expenses are powerful tools to that end.

All this fawning over mental health seems to increase the rates of mental illnesses as defined by the secular priests known as psychologists. What happened to the famed British stiff upper lip?
The working class doesnt have time to worry about "mental health", pronouns, systemic racism or other stupid shit. Literally life is keeping the lights on, keeping food on the table and praying nothing massively goes wrong to surpass savings. If lucky save up for a nice vacation once or twice a year. Im sorry but these uppity people piss me off. It would be nice to be rich, live w/family or make a living off the govt somehow..that must be the groups of people hes talking about.
