They'll start aborting kidneys or something so they can experience that essential act of modern femininity.

How long before we have a month dedicated to celebrating abortions?

Minor tweak to the inevitable.

They’re trying to push it nationwide too.

It offers public employees up to three days of paid bereavement leave in instances of pregnancy loss, including miscarriage, stillbirth, termination, and loss incurred during fertility treatment. They slipped it in with the others eh... According to OPB, Portland City Council members began looking to overhaul the city’s bereavement leave policy last summer after being informed that a number of employees didn’t feel represented or able to take leave under the old policy. Until it was recently amended, the policy allowed for paid leave only in situations where they were related to the deceased either biologically or through marriage...Rodriguez expanded on New Zealand’s law to include instances of termination or abortion after public employees described using sick days or vacation time to handle the physical, emotional, and psychological effects of pregnancy loss. Isn't that what sick days are for? For being sick? Or do you not have to work and still get paid for mental illness? When Men were saying in yesteryear, when woman joined the workforce, that they wouldn't be able to hack it, they were right. No more paying people not to work unless it's the company choosing to do so.

According to WESA, Pittsburgh City Council introduced bereavement legislation similar to Portland’s at the end of August and approved its passage in mid-September, roughly one month before Portland City Council approved theirs. Additionally, the Waterloo City Council in Iowa is also pursuing similar legislation, according to Councilmember Jonathan Grieder. Lol, Pittsburgh beat out Portland to go down in history for this degeneracy. Coming soon to Waterloo. Probably have this stuff in Canada already, or will...

If it's "just a clump of cells" then since your average human poops out billions of cells a day does that mean we all get bereavement leave?

I'd throw money at a fund to bring that into court as an equal protection suit just for the lolz.

I agree with this as long as it's 20 years to life of bereavement leave.

I believe Portland should set up a fund to help Democratic registered voters commit abortion. Further, for every Democratic mother in Portland who goes for a check up, she should have a mandatory struggle session where the State argues she should abort her child. It's everyone's duty to keep the population of Democrats low. With just a little encouragement we can help cut down on the Democratic infestation plaguing the West Coast.

Maybe Portland is where the nuke goes off in 'The Stand' and not Boulder after all.

Exactly, it's "not a human being." Are they gonna take a day or two off for cutting their nails or hair?

Well I do happen to know a couple of people who've been more bereaved by a bad haircut than a family death.

That might actually be a good thing for us men who want to work in peace.

Why do you think it's in the bible.

No one, since time immemorial, wants to be around a chick on her rag.

I've never really had an issue with it. I have such low expectations of behavior of the common NPC that it really doesn't ping on the radar.

I knew I had come across something similar recently

The Kitchener, Ont., maker of the DivaCup menstrual device has adopted a paid period leave policy offering menstruating workers a day off a month.

"Any person who menstruates can take up to 12 paid days off per year," Diva founder and CEO Carinne Chambers-Saini said in an interview. "There's no doctor's note required. If you are suffering and you need that day, we take your word for it."

Chambers-Saini said her team researched paid menstrual leave before implementing the policy and wasn't able to find another company in Canada offering the benefit.

Paid and unpaid menstrual leave have been implemented in Zambia and several Asian countries, including Japan, Taiwan and South Korea.

The company -- which manufactures the reusable silicone DivaCup in southern Ontario -- has a workforce of about 50, roughly three-quarters of whom are female. The paid period leave comes on top of eight paid sick and personal days, one paid volunteer day and annual leave.

So just to review, "menstruators" are afforded 20+ paid sick days a year by this company with no questions asked while "swinging dicks" only get 8 paid sick days for any other health needs unrelated to Aunt Flo.

It's also interesting that 75% of their personnel is female. If their employees' periods sync, do they just shut down the office for a few days every month when their 50-man operation suddenly only has less a dozen men show up for work some days?

At least there's some solace that the dumb customers supporting such stupid policies in the end will be the ones paying more for their product since this woke inefficient company has 75% of their workforce who can choose not to come to work on any given day.

I'm surprised the DivaCup is made in Canada by Canadians, as it's a relatively successful product.

Of course, looking at their woke management, that doesn't seem likely to continue (without government virtue signaling corporate welfare)
