The left has hundreds and hundreds of NGO's and not for profits who employ people to organise rallies, take out ads on fb, put up flyers etc etc etc.
This used to be funded by the soviet union, but since they well it's become a self perpetuating funding model as the ideological drive stems from academia, who requires no funding.
Train up enough people in grievance studies and your company is filled with them, so when the board decides on a "200 million dollar diversity initiative" instead of the proposal being laughed out of the room, every single person who gives an opinion/evidence to it's effectiveness says it's a good idea.
