There is no such thing as “trust in science” you take data and make inferences. That is all, “science” is not a being or entity.

That’s why I say inferences, we set a standard from the best understanding at the time, but it is always subject to change not “settled science”.

Not declaring BLM riots essential after condemning anti-lockdown protestors would be a good start.

Yep. I knew a lot of people who took Covid seriously till that happened. And then the shill media saying that there was no virus spread at protests. Yet they had a conniption fit about trump rallies or people going to church

Putting money on it now:

Their takeaway will be “we need more censorship”, that’ll get that public trust back 👍

The exact wording won't be "censoring dissent", it'll be that they're "combating misinformation". They've already tested it, and it seems like the normies just eat that shit up. It's already their go to phrase when sites like Facebook or Reddit delete wrong think.

"It's imperative that there be no more disagreement between scientists, the mixed messages are damaging trust so all dissenting scientists will be encouraged to agree with the government's official 'science'"

The scary responses to this completely innocent question from our legitimately elected leaders proves that a free uncensored Internet is a danger to democracy and must be shut down.

Dear white house, pack up and leave, Trump won. You know it, we know it, hell, half the world knows it. Admitting to it may spare you from treason/sedition charges.

Oh, gee, I don't know...

Stop ignoring every scientist who doesn't give you the answer you want.

Stop letting corporate interests and lobbying groups dictate which scientists you consult.

In other words: Remove the politicking and profiteering from the equation.

There's just one problem: The government and media have fucked their credibility so hard that it will take them at LEAST another decade for them to claw it back even to where it was in 2015, never mind where it went to after Trump's election.

That's the thing about the deep state: it's a permanent unelected bureaucracy. Anyone who loses faith in these institutions now has no reason to regain that faith until every agent, official, and employee is removed via termination or, well, termination.

In the hypothetical situation where the "Deep State" bureaucracy can be removed, what do you replace it with, and how do you ensure that it doesn't simply devolve into another "Deep State" bureaucracy a few generations down the road?

You can have a powerful dictatorship that is dedicated to fighting them on all fronts, or decentralize government and remove the levers of power they use to take control in the first place.

My bare minimum is that every Demonic Rat, RINO, and Deep State Thug within our government, from the Federal level down to the smallest village, must resign immediately and either forever exile themselves to a third-world country of their choice or be executed.

Harsh? Well, you asked.

But, considering the amount of Sedation, Treason, Murder, Lying, Gaslighting, and a laundry list's worth of crimes they have committed over the decades... Let's just say that many criminals were sentenced to death for much less.

In fact, it would be likely that I would expand the scope and include ex-government officials, members of our media, academia, cultural influencers, members of the medical community, and members of our industrial, religious, and financial institutions.

...Looking back at what I wrote, I realized just how much the evil has spread to our supposed pillars of community. The silver lining is that this is an opportunity for any problem solvers to see if they can salvage any of them and make a big name for themselves.

We who mkve among the Ashes of Civilization need to get to work building new institutions, so that the Remnant can survive the Collapse and come back hard and strong.
