I was wondering if any treatment options are available for mRNA poisoning, like the crap that several reportedly dangerously unstable vaccines are causing?

Genetic modification is permanent. Any treatment you have for injuries resulting from the fake vaccine will at best treat the symptoms. The underlying cause will remain, your genetics were modified and they still are modified. The long term effects in particular are up in the air.
The mRNA shouldn't splice itself into your genetics (that's really hard to do on purpose). In theory besides the nanolipids the vaccines should mostly work like a virus, deliver its payload and trick your cells into making shit, but in this case that shit is spike proteins instead of full viruses. A healthy immune system should probably be able to clean up the proteins eventually and any inflammation they caused should go away.
That doesn't mean the inflammation can't do permanent damage or that your immune system won't flip its shit the next time it is exposed to a sars strain or the many other things a shoddy vaccine can cause but permanent genetic changes are way low on my list of concerns.
Bret Weinstein has had multiple podcasts talking about how the spike protein sometimes doesn't isolate to the injection site and thus can cause major problems.

Bret has had some good podcasts about the vaccine and Ivermectin but as you can see in the thread I linked even he tries hard to placate the vaccine cult due to a fear of complete ostracization and deplatforming from his friends and colleagues. His so called friend: Reason's vaccine cultist Claire Lehmann already tried to get him deplatformed for just asking some important questions about vaccine adverse reactions.

The nano-lipids which contain the mRNA in the Pfizer shot have been confirmed to travel across the entire body, including breaching the blood-brain barrier.

edit: Robert Malone (mRNA inventor) said that threat from breaching the blood brain isn't just what the injection may do in the brain, but that it's opened a "door", allowing other things in.
Also the fact that they are designed to enter cells and just float all over the body. It's basically putting ladders up to bedroom windows. You're just waiting for a virus to evolve to take advantage of that.
The relationship between DNA and RNA is not well understood. It isn't impossible for the vaccines to have epigenetic effects.
There might not be enough research to know for sure, but one thing that is concerning though is that mRNA could cause cell damage.
Someone I know who took the vax had a headache for a week straight after, swears that the only thing that helped was acupuncture. Thats all i know
Acupuncture is mostly placebo, but placebo effects are very strong and scientifically can be quite effective in their own right.
I hate to say it, it sounds very shill but there is a strong lack of resources for treatments that can be taken to avoid catastrophic side effects in case you are forced to take the jab (not today's pissy herp derp muh starbucks, but tomorrow's take it or go to prison)
Things like preventing deadly clots from being deadly clots, muscle treatments for paralysis, herbal remedies for perpetual symptoms.
Knowing full well all the different possible intentions behind this. It could be decades before "the science" catches up with common sense
I recall seeing a Jimmy Dore video where he said Ivermectin helped him heal somewhat from his MRNA vax injury.

It seems some doctors treat it the same way for post jab and for post-infection symptoms.
The common denominator between these two specific states could be the spike protein issue.
They've reproduced the most serious side effects of the virus by injecting animals with a harmless dummy virus delivered by spike protein. The spike protein is absolutely the culprit.

Makes sense it would as it bonds to the spike protein.
As far as I'm aware there are no treatments available (that are approved) for mrna poisoning. The only thing one could do, is undo the genetic modification via further genetic modification....which is complicated and could cause more issues if done improperly. The only good news is such treatments are in the works, and our knowledge in genetics and manipulating said genetics is improving
