I always found it odd that Toyota was one of the only manufacturers that moralised over how their vehicles were represented in games i.e. no street racing/police involvement allowed. I guess it's symptomatic of a deeper problem in the corporate structure; the whole 'company as a moral actor' idea that a lot of corporations seem to be adopting, at least in their marketing.

They're the second-largest auto manufacturer in the world. It's not like utes are export controlled - if some third party car dealer in Jordan brings in a shipment of Hiluxes Toyota's not going to vet every one of their customers to make sure they're not an Islamic terrorist.
So if a dealership sells a truck to someone, and then the person uses that truck commits a terrorist act, then the dealership should get in trouble for it? What the fuck?
