Feminists have told me that engaging in sex under false pretenses is a violation of the principle of informed consent and therefore constitutes rape.
If lying about being rich or famous to get laid makes you a rapist, then hiding your biological sex from someone while attempting to engage him or her in sex is also rape.
Are we against capital punishment for rapists now?
I'll state up front that I haven't seen any evidence that the guy who got killed was a tranny, and that alone says he's probably not since the soy sucking journalists would be all over the transphobia angle if there was any possible way it could be spun that way. I'm guessing it was a gay guy who got his thrills catfishing men. That said this should be a warning to any trannies out there who think not telling sexual partners their biological sex is a good idea. They somehow feel entitled to straight men, and this is a pretty good way to make crimes against trannies exceed crimes against the general population rather than the other way around.
Yes. But I've seen trannies on social media try to justify not disclosing that. And see my comment about this guy probably not being a tranny for the sake of complete transparency. From what I've seen it's probably a gay guy who was into catfishing straight men and it ended the way you'd expect after he played the odds one too many times.
Louis CK, before he got canceled, had a whole episode of his show Horace and Pete dedicated to the fact that he slept with a MtF transexual and she had no obligation to tell him.
IIRC, she won the battle of wits the morning after and Louis asked if he could go out with her again.
I doubt it. Remember that sex and gender are malleable things. Just because a person wears clothing that's from the women's section, a typically feminine haircut, make up, and false breasts doesn't mean the person is a woman. Being a woman certainly doesn't mean female in their view of things. They would likely argue that the subject of sex never came up and, if the linebacker wanted only females, he should have inquired.
Smith is a rapist. Trans activists are constantly telling trans people that cisgender people are violently opposed to being raped, but he did it anyway. And in doing so, he subjected Etute to an extreme stressor that Etute could not reasonably prepare himself to face. Even if killing his rapist was not the moral decision, it would not be moral to condemn him for reacting as any normal people might if they were similarly forced into an encounter with their rapist without even being given time to accept that they were raped.
I wonder what this school athlete looks like. Hmm so his name is "Isimemen Etute" that seems like a completely normal and common American name, just gonna duckduckgo this aaaaannndd he's black.
Blacks will not put up with this LGBT agenda by the large. These groups are going to cannibalize each other. And that's gross, a 40 year old guy and some 18 year old, ick.
Stories like this have been happening for decades. And they'll keep happening as long as trans advocacy exists because the bastards keep encouraging the mentally ill to trick men into performing acts that they find morally, socially and physically repulsive.

The article says that the killing occurred on the second visit, after receiving a blowjob on the first.
Actually, from the article sounds like there was sex.

Shouldn’t they tell someone up front they are a biological man? Doesn’t condone murder but most guys would be turned off by that
Good point.
It sounds like he just beat the guy till he lost consciousness and left.
If there were std's involved, there would have been straight up murder.

That sounds like him, yeah.
By their own rules, it would be sexual assault.
Sexual assault to acknowledge biological reality?

Rape is forced sex + power, so men can't be raped.
Not guilty, on the Einhorn principle.

Manslaughter at most. You don't tell someone you're a man, it should all under fighting words type exception to assault.

Are we bringing back the gay panic defense?

sounds too convenient
