I doubt it. Remember that sex and gender are malleable things. Just because a person wears clothing that's from the women's section, a typically feminine haircut, make up, and false breasts doesn't mean the person is a woman. Being a woman certainly doesn't mean female in their view of things. They would likely argue that the subject of sex never came up and, if the linebacker wanted only females, he should have inquired.
