Yes. But I've seen trannies on social media try to justify not disclosing that. And see my comment about this guy probably not being a tranny for the sake of complete transparency. From what I've seen it's probably a gay guy who was into catfishing straight men and it ended the way you'd expect after he played the odds one too many times.
Louis CK, before he got canceled, had a whole episode of his show Horace and Pete dedicated to the fact that he slept with a MtF transexual and she had no obligation to tell him.
IIRC, she won the battle of wits the morning after and Louis asked if he could go out with her again.
I doubt it. Remember that sex and gender are malleable things. Just because a person wears clothing that's from the women's section, a typically feminine haircut, make up, and false breasts doesn't mean the person is a woman. Being a woman certainly doesn't mean female in their view of things. They would likely argue that the subject of sex never came up and, if the linebacker wanted only females, he should have inquired.
Shouldn’t they tell someone up front they are a biological man? Doesn’t condone murder but most guys would be turned off by that
Good point.
It sounds like he just beat the guy till he lost consciousness and left.
If there were std's involved, there would have been straight up murder.

That sounds like him, yeah.
By their own rules, it would be sexual assault.
Sexual assault to acknowledge biological reality?

Rape is forced sex + power, so men can't be raped.
