My last 2 employers had sexual misconduct rules that included keeping eye contact for 5 seconds or more, putting your arm on her shoulder, asking someone multiple times to go out for a date (even if you are just joking), making politically incorrect jokes, biting your lip. I honestly wished I was exaggerating.
Biting your lip? wtf? That's all insane. They should have NO employees who want to work for them. I wonder if they sit and wonder why they can't keep workers more than a couple weeks? It'd be that way if it were some individual fast food joint. The pay must be real good if anyone stays.
And even if it's "all women" it's gonna backfire eventually. I know damn well I'd nail a fucking lezbo piece of shit with a sexual harassment charge a LOT faster than I'd charge a guy.
And that particular voice I've always enjoyed listening to. It's sexy to my ear.

A guy brought penis shaped candy from Greece and got sent to HR after a girl complained he was creating a toxic work environment. HR laughed and told him not to do that again.
Yes, let's just erase everything that we don't like or find distasteful. It's a good thing this has never happened before and never had bad consequences, or else we might have to learn from it to prevent it from being a good option now.

But seriously part of that is the ego-protecting thing for women. If you reject her advances (which usually means her below-the-noticeable-threshold) her ego can rationalize it as that it's because you're married so that's why you're not interested.

The white-woman-superiority crowd does start to run into pushback from other women when they go beyond subtely sabotaging marriages to outright doing it. Other normal women don't want to "empower" aggressive women in the office to steal their husbands.
