They should have NO employees who want to work for them

I work from home as most people working in IT. And the girls on the team can take a joke. There has been a few times a guy was sent to HR and HR just laughed.

A guy brought penis shaped candy from Greece and got sent to HR after a girl complained he was creating a toxic work environment. HR laughed and told him not to do that again.
