A very long time ago, in 2015 or so, there was an 'analysis' which branded Gamergate as 'racist' because we believed in meritocracy.

It sounded bizarre at the time. Now it's mainstream leftism.

It's always funny to me how "racist" it is to say that earning something on merit is racist. That word means nothing at this point. Kind of like the "getting to things on time" is a tenet of white supremacy.

The same group:

Believes orcs represent black people. Believes black people don't know how to get a driver's license. Believes blacks need to be represented by them or they're hurting themselves. Believes trying to reduce black on black murder is worthless. Believes whites are responsible for black men killing asians. Is the same group that supported slavery. Is the same group of the KKK. Is the same group that supports plan parenthood (find the recordings of the founder, and her desires for black abortion)

You forgot that (according to the President of the United States anyway) many blacks and hispanics don't know how to use the Internet

Well, to be fair that seems not to farfetched. I wouldn't call browsing social networks on a smartphone 'using the internet'. It's more akin to 'being used by the internet'

This goes for most of the population though.

It's true. Not based on racial hatred, but on racial differences. To give everybody a chance and only select from the best will mean that one group succeeds more than others.

This is why white people are better swimmers, africans are better runners, etc. These kinds of racial differences must be recognized and accounted for.

Why? And how?

Things that are not equal should not be considered equal. You can give people an equal opportunity, but that's different than believing they are the same inherently. That is equity and it's why people are saying men and women are identical.

Simply don't shy away from stereotypes, especially when they coincide with reliable data.

I get that. What I don't get is why anyone should care about anything after equal opportunity is established.

Because people that preform worse still want more. And since they lack the ability to preform as individuals. That means they likely will work more in a tribal manner to ensure they get ahead compared to others, even if they don't deserve it as much.

Yeah, Tough shit.

And since they lack the ability to preform as individuals. That means they likely will work more in a tribal manner to ensure they get ahead compared to others, even if they don't deserve it as much.

That explains why people care. It doesn't explain why anyone should care.

Because if they're smart enough they will lie, subvert, and parasitize the society. When you have many strong individuals they will underestimate the power of working together and undermining powerful institutions. Some key areas are banking, news, and education.

They will act as gatekeepers and prevent those strong individuals from rising to the top, because they do not have a support structure of other people looking out for them. This is how a meritocratic society no longer becomes meritocratic.

The best way to demonstrate the importance of differences is male vs female. Women are being raised to believe that they can be just as strong, just as fast as men. They cannot. It's not possible. Their very biology won't allow it. Maybe the top 1% of women could breach the bottom 10% of men, but even that's unlikely.

As a result of these lies, women are becoming soldiers. Firefighters. Cops. And when they do, they put lives on the line. If you're trapped in a burning building and a female firefighter comes to save you, you'd better weigh under 120 pounds or you're most likely dead. If you call 911 on a psychopath with a knife, you'd better hope he doesn't get the female cop in a grapple hold, because if he does she's dead.

Acknowledging tangible differences saves lives.

It discusses the history of eugenics and standardized tests, and their relationship to the concept of meritocracy.

Racism is white tribalism. Every other race/ethnicity is allowed to operate tribally.

  2. I knew the person would have pronouns in bio.

None of the things she claims she wants (creativity, healing, justice) will do jack shit for society because they can't be had.

Apparently, you think that black women ain't black.

Guess what? The massive amount of crime committed by blacks is completely ignored, even when this is targeted at women.

But you're willfully blind, as usual.
