to be fair, sega's been on a downward spiral since the genesis/megadrive days
Not a bad business strategy, honestly, especially for somebody who simps for socialism...
...do you by any chance remember a movie from the 60s/70s about a submarine called the "sea tiger"? I have hazy memories of a movie that I think might have been somewhat tongue-in-cheek (though it went over my head at the time).
At one point, they had to paint the ship pink, because they didn't have enough paint to repaint it, so they combined all the paint they had, and it came out that way. As I recall, this became a major plot point.

Really? I watched it all the way through.
But then I like shit that's a little bit surreal.
Honorable mention: "Ghost in the Shell" Not the series that came later, the og movie. very trippy, very entertaining. Anime movie from the same era as akira
really? I woulda thought it'd be Gay Niggers From Outer Space (attn mods: that's the literal title, don't kill me on this one)
...Any fans of "smokey and the bandit" should look into "Convoy," and the song of the same name it was loosely based on.
never was much of a western fan, but the original True Grit and its sequel (I think it was Rooster Cogburn after the main character in both films) are solid entries, even though I think they came after your cutoff date.
The humor in those films is what really sells them for me.
...so it's a clone of Ark then?
I might look into it at some point, but it does seem slightly derivative, lol.
That being said, survival crafting offers a hell of a lot more than DBD. I'm sure DBD is fun, but eh...
I agree! 2qaz3sw -0p
...Whether intentionally or otherwise, @BrieRussell3 is missing the point. John Money coined the term "gender" and brought the idea of "social constructivism" into the transgender argument, thus linking transgenderism to marxist dogma...
...I miss ps3hax... that was a great place for softmodding...
Jay Miner, the head of Amiga in the 80s/90s, famously told bill gates to get the fuck out after they had an argument about how much space GeOS needed to take up to include all the features he wanted.
sadly, amiga was bought by commodore, and they wouldn't listen to Miner when he said they needed to advertise, and both companies went belly-up...
unironically would be funny if some brit got in on this shitposting...love a good back and forth roast...
=P everyone knows all englishman are cigarettes
probably because if we called you out for the cunt you so obviously are, you'd cry "help help, im being oppressed"
virgin windmill
dead...💀
probably just sampling bias on my end, then.
yeah, but it seemed like I was getting more high-end loot outta nowhere. not complaining, just found it odd, lol
oh, I'm not complaining (actually, I have too many fishing rods and bows right now, lol), it was more puzzling than anything. it seems like i'll get more higher-end loot when I've got a few levels, but it's probably just a false pattern like you said.
it's ghoulish releasing the victims' names as far as I'm concerned...if they want to come forward on their own, I'm fine with that. That's their own choice...
But to make their names public is just...cruel...
I read somewhere it was going to be mostly victims, which is abhorrent...
...It's hard to parse this one for me...
on the one hand, the video in question seems to imply the company is against the practice, framing it as something only a psycho would do.. (the music, which repeats the line "she's a psycho" repeatedly is a big tipoff)
...on the other hand, the companies response (thanks u/TheImpossible1 ) is the usual "have our cake and eat it too" damage control that comes out when you say something that pisses people off, but you're afraid to alienate people who thought the idea you presented was perfectly reasonable...
legal and ethical grey area
I'm sorry, but the law may be opaque, but there's no ethical grey area here. This is just wrong. If you're going to make a stand, make a stand, don't pussyfoot around the issue.
gonna share this to c/thedonald for wider exposure...
woulda loved to have seen the fourteen comments...bet they were gold...
ah well...
it's okay, I ended not being lazy and looking it up. it was "operation petticoat", lol
